Hi! I’m Courtney — macaron enthusiast, flavor dreamer, and the baker behind Live Love Macaron.
I grew up in Bonita Springs soaking up the sunshine along Florida’s Gulf Coast. At 15, I began working at a local ice cream shop in Naples called Royal Scoop. I’ve always had a love for baking and cooking, but that first job truly deepened my passion for creating sweet treats and bringing joy to others through food and let’s just say… being surrounded by ice cream all day pretty much sealed my fate in the dessert world.
Fast forward to 2016: my son and I were watching Kid’s Baking Championship when macarons caught our attention. We decided to try making them ourselves — and after that first batch, I was completely hooked. Those colorful little cookies turned into late nights, lots of trial and error, and eventually, Live Love Macaron.
What started in my kitchen has grown into a sweet little dream right here in Tallahassee. I’m so thankful to share these delicate, joyful treats with you — and I hope they make your day just a little sweeter.
